SAM is an elite group of Licensed Community Association Managers with a Customer Service Support Team dedicated to offering personalized management to each of our communities. We are committed to ensuring our managers exceed expectations with not only limited portfolios, but most importantly, by working closely with our board members to address all community issues, execute special projects and reach your goals effectively and efficiently.

Ilyssa Feierstein, AR/AP Manager
Ilyssa is originally from Long Island, where she taught in the public school system. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and a Masters Degree in Education from C.W. Post. Ilyssa grew up with constant exposure to various aspects of the real estate and property management business and there was always ongoing discussion about the service end of the business. In 2003 Ilyssa relocated to Boca Raton, Florida where she currently lives with her two children. Ilyssa has become a key person on the Superior team. She manages all Accounts Receivable/Payable functions for all of our communities and our internal needs. She is the primary liaison between Superior and client communities on accounting issues and enhances our relationships with the clients.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Beth has Business Degree and a background in Event Marketing and Sponsorship. Beth has been with Superior Association Management since it?s inception and has been involved in every aspect of Community Management as she has worked her way to become a LCAM. With a diverse portfolio of properties Beth strengths are engaging with homeowners, communicating with Board Members and creating personal relationships.

Keeva (Kiki) Griego is originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico where she attended the University of New Mexico. She lived in Chicago for eighteen years before moving to South Florida in 2014, with her husband and three children. She has over a decade of experience in property management and the housing industry. She was a housing manager and created a permanent, affordable housing program for homeless women and children in the Chicago-land area. She serves on the board as a cheer commissioner and coaches for The Boca Raton Braves, youth football and cheer league.

Michelle is a licensed Community Association Manager who is dedicated to maintaining effective and productive working relations with all homeowners and vendors. She is highly organized and a team player. Michelle plays a vital role in all aspects of Superior Association Management.

A veteran property management professional and long time President of the West Boca Community Council is originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Sheri moved to South Florida in 1980 after attending Kent State University and worked for a large commercial real estate management firm managing condominiums, apartments and shopping centers throughout the country. Sheri continued her career in property management in the early 1990’s by opening her own management company. In 2007 Sheri sold her firm and joined Prime Management. Understanding the importance of providing personalized and professional management, Sheri once again started her own firm. Ms. Scarborough also serves as Chair of the Palm Beach County Zoning Commission and serves on the Boca Raton Airport Authority Aviation Advisory Committee. Sheri is a founding partner at Superior Association Management.
